As Executive Connect Dean, Clinical Close ties and Professionalism, Dr. Parhar provides proper coordination and leadership between your Faculty of drugs and also the Health Government bodies. Dealing with the provincial government, other colleges, agencies along with other public sector institutions, he supports faculty people involved in clinical activities through the Province, and offers oversight from the Office of Clinical Faculty Matters.
Additionally, Dr. Parhar provides professionalism leadership to facilitate the prevention and backbone of concerns and complaints across all sites for undergraduate students, publish-graduate students, graduated pupils, postdoctoral guys and school people.
After becoming an adult in Kitimat, BC, Dr. Parhar received his MD in the College of Calgary in 1992 and subsequently completed his postgraduate training at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster. His clinical practice in Vancouver Seaside Health insurance and in Fraser Health concentrates on immigrants, refugees, workers’ health insurance and patients with severe disabilities. He shows extensively in undergraduate and postgraduate programs around the subjects of professionalism, equity, cultural safety, psychosocial facets of health care, and medical disability. Dr. Parhar is presently the main investigator on several educational innovation grants or loans employing interprofessional models to deal with issues vital that you underserved populations, particularly Indians.
